Heater Hill is next to the coast at the north of Zealand, Denmark. At this coast the Danish Coastal Authority have put in a great effort at preventing the sand from disappearing from the coast by placing multiple rocks into the water. This gives a spectacular good looking coast line, but also has a purpose. Its in the Coastal Authority interest to see the year-to-year elevation change, and monitoring any possible breaches to the protection fence.
